Tips For Your Daily Face Care



Before following these tips know your skin type, knowing your skin type is essential to maintain healthy and flawless skin. Managing stress is also one of the important trick to maintain beautiful skin.

Here are some of the tips that can help your skin healthy and flawless.


Tip 1:   Use Face wash or Cleanser for your face

           Don't use harsh soap for your face it can leads to dry and irritation. Soap would remove dirt and oil from your skin but it also remove natural skin oils, which protects and lubricates your skin, which would lead to so many skin problems. Prefer to choose a face wash or mild soap for your face instead of using harsh soaps.
           If your skin is oily skin or you use heavy makeup in your daily routine then choose a face wash to clean your face.
           If your skin is dry or sensitive skin then choose cleanser to clean your face.
           Select your face wash or cleanser according to your skin type. Don't clean your face more than twice or thrice in a day using face wash or cleanser, you can clean your face with water as many times as you wish.
           

Tip 2:    Apply Sunscreen when you are going out

            Due to depletion of ozone layer there is higher risk of getting affected with harmful UVA and UVB rays of the sun. Sunscreen protect your skin from these UV rays, UVA rays associates with skin ageing and UVB rays causes sunburns.Sunscreen can reduce appearance of sun damage like tanning, dark spots, discoloring and wrinkles. It protects sensitive skin against sunburn.
            Most of the people don't use sunscreen when they are going out in a cloudy day, but it's not a good idea, on an average 80% of UV rays can even penetrate cloud . So don't skip your sunscreen when you are step out, apply sunscreen before 30 minutes you are exposed to sun. 

Tip 3:     Exfoliate your skin once or twice in a week

            Exfoliating your skin is one of the important technique to get rid of blackheads and tanning. It also helps you to remove dead skin cells and to look smoother and softer. In market there are so many products available to exfoliate your skin, make sure you choose your exfoliation based on your skin type. Use natural home remedies so that you can avoid problems with chemical products(i will discuss it in my next posts).
           If you have sensitive or dry skin exfoliate just once in a week, if you find any irritation or redness stop exfoliating your skin.
           If your skin is oily skin you can exfoliate twice in a week, don't exfoliate more than thrice in a week.

Tip 4:      Moisturize your skin regularly 

                        Our facial skin is very sensitive, and it needs moisture to repair itself. If your skin is sensitive or dry it is necessary to moisture your skin twice or thrice in a day. Oily skin people think there is no need of moisture their skin but its not correct, choosing correct moisturizing cream is important according to their skin type. Apply moisturizer after you shave,exfoliate or shower, moisturizing your skin regularly helps your skin stay young.
            Important step is to remove makeup and apply moisturizer while you go to bed. Best thing to moisture your skin is oils, pamper yourself with oils when you got some time, especially at night, they can help your skin to moisture and makes your skin softer.
           Moisturizing our skin inside out regularly is very important, drinking lots of water is also very important, it moisture our skin from inside. Drink more than 3 liters of purified water in a day.

                        

Tip 5:      Do exercise regularly, beauty sleep and change your eating habits     


              Exercise regularly will gives you necessary blood circulation and cleanses your skin naturally, skip your skincare products before workout.
              Beauty sleep is nothing but having at least 8 hours of sleep helps your skin to look  radiant.
              A diet rich in vitamin A and vitamin C gives you a radiant skin. Include lots of fresh fruits and greens in your diet, try to skip fried, spicy and fermented food. Consider low-sugar diet otherwise they can damage your skin cells.
